Members of the board manage their respective divisions and work alongside High Command to oversee Foundation operations.

To become a leader of an HTF division, one must meet the following requirements:
Join the HTF by following the steps listed on our home page.
Build a reputation and be in good standing with the AGT.
Be knowledgeable and capable in areas that correspond to the division you are applying for.
If you feel as though you meet the requirements above, contact High Command to apply for a position.
Term Limits, Impeachment, and Succession
Term Limits, Impeachment, and Succession
Neither members of High Command nor the Board of Directors are subject to term limits. They may serve until either of the following occurs:
The member chooses to resign.
The member is impeached by High Command.
The member is banned from the AGT.
The member is removed from their position by the AGT Senior Leadership Team.
The member has been inactive for a period longer than 180 days and neither High Command nor the AGT Senior Leadership Team have received communications from said member.
HTF division leaders, or Directors, may only be impeached when either of the following occurs:
There is credible evidence that the member has violated the AGT Participation Guidelines.
A 2/3 majority vote to impeach the member is cast by members of High Command.
If a division leader resigns, is impeached, or is otherwise permanently removed from office, High Command will oversee the division until a new Director is named.
Likewise, if a division leader ever temporarily departs from their duties, High Command will oversee the division until the leader returns.
