HTF High Command is the executive governing authority of the Hyades Travellers Foundation.
High Command officials are responsible for the following:
Administer, govern, and oversee the Hyades Travellers Foundation.
Facilitate active communication and cooperation with the Directorate.
Coordinate with the Alliance of Galactic Travellers and AGT Senior Leadership Team.
To join High Command, one must meet the following requirements:
Join the HTF by following the steps listed on our home page.
Build a reputation and be in good standing with the AGT.
Display a significant commitment to the HTF.
Display professionalism and strong leadership skills.
High Command officials are not subject to term limits. They may serve until either of the following occurs:
The member chooses to resign.
The member is impeached by High Command.
The member is banned from the AGT.
The member is removed from their position by the AGT Senior Leadership Team.
The member has been inactive for a period longer than 180 days and neither High Command nor the AGT Senior Leadership Team have received communications from said member.
High Command officials may only be impeached when any of the following occurs:
There is credible evidence that the member has violated the AGT Participation Guidelines.
A 2/3 majority vote to impeach the member is cast by other members of High Command.
If a High Command official resigns, is impeached, or is otherwise permanently removed from office, the next-highest-ranking member shall succeed them.
Similarly, if a member of High Command ever temporarily departs from their duties, the next-highest-ranking member shall succeed them until their return.
The Commander is the sole exception to High Command term limits, impeachment, and succession policies.
In accordance with the Travellers Foundation Charter, only the AGT Senior Leadership Team may appoint and remove the leader of a Foundation.
